Bon alors qui est Chomyx, que fait-il et qu'est-ce qui le caractérise? Autant de questions auxquelles nous allons "tenter" de répondre.

Tout d'abord, il faut préciser qu'il est assez difficile de cerner le personnage aux premiers abords...

C'est un "joyeux pessimiste, courageux pour ne rien faire". Ces paradoxes constituent la singularité de sa personne.

Il aime l'écriture.
Celle-ci est tantôt engagée, tantôt joyeuse, tantôt imagée, tantôt réfléchie, tantôt tordue voir incompréhensible, un peu comme lui quoi.

Chomyx fait parti du groupe d'electronic & voices Da Krew (3 machinists, 3 mc's, 1 Dj et un Vj), dans lequel il s'occupe exclusivement des voix. Il explore ainsi les recoins décalés de sa personne, autant par la façon dont il compose ses textes que par sa façon de se comporter sur scène face au public.

Il est également un des mc's du groupe de Hip-Hop Rêve2Goss.
C'est là le côté engagé de sa personne qui en ressort, son envie de faire "bouger les choses" est illustrée dans des textes conscients et par un flow souvent non-chalant.

Il travaille régulièrement pour tout un tas de compiles, ou encore en collaboration sur divers projets d'autres musiciens.
En ce moment, il sort un album 13 titres avec son camarade Sider...

En ce qui concerne le live, Chomyx a fait environ 70 dates pour la plupart avec Da Krew.

Il a ainsi partagé la scène avec Birdy Nam Nam, Parabellum, TTC, Dj Orgasmic, Rageous Gratoons, Bus Driver & Radioinactive, Dee Nasty, Imbert Imbert, Black Fire, Donkey Skonk, Nelson Toubab, Balicoton, Les Kobolts, Le Bruit qui Court, Space Jahourt, Aigzocet, Code Cyclic, Funky Pythons, Profil Bas et bien d'autres...
